When things go wrong are you the keep calm sort of person or run around like a headless chicken sort of person?

If I’m by myself I’m the the run around type, but if someone else is panicking I find it easier to stay calm and reassure them, even if I’m panicking inside.

I am high strung full of anxiety. I do NOT handle intense situations well.
    Nope nope nope.
Not unless it involves some kind of horse catastrophe, then I know what to do and how to deal with it.
Life in general, not a chance. Lolololol!

I never really considered myself full of anxiety and high strung, but as I get older, I realize just how much my anxiety affects my life and always has.
When I was younger, my anxiety and personality issues translated into anger, hostility, and always being annoyed.
When I hit my 30’s it was more like self-worry and self-doubt.
Now, I have managed to understand my anxiety and live with it a bit better, and I know what situations I can’t handle or what would trigger it…. Andi try to avoid that shit! LMAO!!!!
