Last week I was struggling with my mental health, then at the start of this week, I came down with a sickness bug.
It has not been fun, I have spent most the week in bed with a bucket. so between my depression and this bug, I haven’t had the motivation to do anything.
I seem a wee bit better today, my anxiety seems to have finally dropped, however my appetitate still isn’t back and I still feel fairly queezy, so based on that the Weekend Share is going to be cancelled for this weekend, hopefully I will find I am completely better by Monday and starting gearing up for the week.
Although never say never, my mental health keeps taking a hit and just as I feel better, my anxiety suddenly hits again and it brings me right down. I did have some plans for this week, so everything has been put on hold.
However today is the first day I have managed to do some cleaning, my partner has been picking up the slack keeping everything running and keeping Monkey entertained when he is not at school, but he doesn’t do it my way, but there was very little to do, however it is done and I am probably going to spend the rest of the day and the evening dozing on the sofa.
