Where in the World: Belize

This wasn’t meant to happen, I got 100% on Central America, I named all 7 right and placed them correctly. All countries I have had at least person visit me, so I went with going alphabetical. First country is Belieze, lets see what I can find out about this country

  1. Belize is boarded to the north by Mexico, to the south and west by Guatemala and to the East by the Caribbean sea.
  2. Belize is the only country in Central America to have the official language of English, however a large amount of the population also speak Spanish and Creole
  3. It has more than 900 Mayan ruins
  4. Belmopan, Belize’s capital city is the smallest in the world
  5. You can see or more accurately can see one of the loudest animals in the world the Howler Monkey
  6. It has the second largest barrier reef in the world the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System
  7. I wouldn’t go swimming here on Good Friday, superstition says you may turn into a mermaid
  8. gibnut meat is one of the delicacies in this country, also know as the Royal Rat
  9. Belize has the lowest population density in Central America
  10. Belize has a range of traditional music, coming from all places, this is one of them

Just reading about this country wants to make me go visit it. How about you?
