This seems a slippery slope

Recently, the government has been getting involved with our tv channels, at least 3 are Government owned.

At first they started getting rid of programmes that seemed to slag off the government alot. Mainy comedy programmes and now, they only want to produce progammes that are very British.

I would love to know what that means, I mean what is British? In Britain you can’t go more than 10 miles without what you call a sandwich changing name. Don’t get me start on what you call the evening meal, is tea? Dinner? Supper?

One of the programmes they picked on was Doctor Who upholding this, yep the tv show which stars an alien.

I just don’t think the government should be involved in what tv is allowed to make. It just doesn’t feel right
