That was tough

I finally managed to get onto my PIP tribunal, but god it was tough. They hadn’t sent me the link, so I had to phone as soon as I got in from taking Monkey, then by 12 they still hadn’t sent me the link. The meeting was a 2pm.

By 1pm I was starting to really panic, I was already anxious about doing the damn thing in the first place, but now, it was really stressful, made worst, by trying to get through to someone and the actual tribunal rings me, to let me know it has been delayed by 15 minutes but because I am on the damn phone, they just leave me a message.

I have to admit, by about 1.45pm I was nearly in tears about the whole fucking thing and then this email appears and as I am staring at it, my phone rings and its the clerk from the tribunal apologising, that they had been sending the link to the wrong email.

I really could have done without the morning, but I was there, it lasted for an hour and a half, loads of questions asked and I have no idea how it is going to have gone, apprently due to it being by video link, I have to wait 7-10 days. I may ring on Friday and see if they do actually know, I dont think I can wait that long, but I am reasonable certain I won’t have gotten it.

However, I was very nice, didn’t swear from what I remember, mentioned pokemon a few times, and just tried to pretend this wasn’t happening.

Once it was over, I was so exhausted I fell asleep, it has taken its toll on me and I feel a massive anxiety feeling in by stomach.

Monkey has now finished school for half term and I had the foresight to say to him we would take it easy on the Thursday, and start doing things from Friday, but Gods knows how I am going to be if I don’t get an answer till late next week.

Thank you for all the wellwishing, I suppose fingers crossed
