Plan for Wednesday

I hurt, I have a things I can blame, I started doing exercises to help lose weight and tone up on Tuesday. I also cleaned my whole lounge from top to bottom, including moving furniture, pulling it out, hoovering under them.

Whole place looks brilliant and because it the main room where we spend all our time as a family it feels better if there isn’t 6 inches of dust all around.

I will say I didn’t think it was possible for a human to sneeze as many times as I did, I am fairly sure I broke a world record.

But that was Tuesday, explains why on Wednesday, I hurt, my back hurts, legs hurt, arms hurt. But I am fairly determained to keep at these damn exercises, to at least get some level of fitness back. Even back to last year is better than where I am now.

Wednesday plan is to do the hoovering of the bedrooms and to clean the hoover out, it needs to be taken apart and cleaned properly, have a hot hot bath maybe a couple.

But also to take it a bit easy, I do need to listen to my body as well.
