My brain does amuse me sometimes, as I type this out its Tuesday morning, I had my exciting day on Saturday, came back on sunday, curled up in an anxiety ball on Sunday and Monday.
Then Monday afternoon, I went to collect Monkey from school and it was alright, Tuesday morning, I took him into school, came back did all the cleaning, I have had to lay off doing any extra exercises because I am really not in the mood, I am going to start that up again next week.
I feel alright, till my brain started on me, why are you not anxious? what is going on? What have you forgotten to do? Why are we not panicking about something.
I am not sure what is going on, but I have a slight hope its because I am getting there, I might need some time to recover, but its a good sign, right?
TBH I wouldn’t know but the important thing, I think, is that you think so.
