Love cheese, for ethical reasons I am trying to cut down on all dairy but cheese is a tough one

There are just so many, sadly I can no longer eat dairy and vegan cheese just doesnโt cut it. the other day my OH had an 18 month old Conte marbled with truffles. He said it was fabulous.

For ethical reasons we are trying to cut out all dairy, but I agree that vegan cheese is not the same
