How to piss off the people who work for you.

  1. Tell them to do something that is illegal
  2. Demine anyone who says its a bad idea
  3. When confronted say it didnt happen
  4. When it is investigated by the police, arrange it so you get into a bit of trouble but not too much
  5. Arrange for an internal investigation, insist it is all independent but forget to mention that the person running the investigation reports to you
  6. Once the police investigation is finished say the matter is concluded and punishments have been given out
  7. Shove all the junior members of staff under a bus
  8. Wonder why so many of them are coming out anonyamously dropping you right in, after having kept quiet for 2 years

And that ladies and gentlemen sums up the UK government at the moment. I am off for cake

That’s about it… Have you hear that it looks like they’re going to cover up the report with the announcement of a care package to help people with the cost of living?
