- Tell them to do something that is illegal
- Demine anyone who says its a bad idea
- When confronted say it didnt happen
- When it is investigated by the police, arrange it so you get into a bit of trouble but not too much
- Arrange for an internal investigation, insist it is all independent but forget to mention that the person running the investigation reports to you
- Once the police investigation is finished say the matter is concluded and punishments have been given out
- Shove all the junior members of staff under a bus
- Wonder why so many of them are coming out anonyamously dropping you right in, after having kept quiet for 2 years
And that ladies and gentlemen sums up the UK government at the moment. I am off for cake
