I really struggled this morning to get into work, my anxiety was sky high, once I got there I was all fine, but it took everything I had to get moving.
I did have a nice, relaxed weekend, which I am not sure if it helped or not. I know I am still struggling with actually working.
Then, while I am typing this, I am feel like utter crap, I was feeling sick, this afternoon, but I put it down to my anxiety, but I now have a cough and a sore throat.
I am hoping a good night sleep, will help, as I didnt sleep well last night. Wish me luck
