My motivation, has gone, I am not sure where it has gone, but it has. I am struggling on the weekends to do anything, I keep waiting for a rush of energy from somewhere and it hasnt arrived.
This weekend, I didnt do anything, I know its good to be rested, but I had plans to do things, just thinking about doing the basics, it was a struggle.
I keep hoping I am going to get use to working during the week and at least do something on the weekend, but its not happening.
I am not sure what to do to boost it at the moment.
How’s your sleep during the week? Are you getting lunch whilst at work?

I am getting lunch, sleep is weird though, sometimes I am falling asleep at 11pm and others I am up till 3am

How’s your blue screen off 2 hours before bed and sleeping with the phone more than 2 m from your head? I’m not so hood with #1 and pretty good for #2.

Rubbish at 1, I will have to measure 2, but its far enough away I have to get up in the morning to turn the alarm off

You are giving yourself deadlines for when things need to be done and stressing yourself out in the process. Whether or not you realize it. It is hard to get into the swing of things and when our moods put us into a wee funk (I had mine last week) it makes everything feel so much worse. And then I don’t know about you but I berate myself for not having gotten the things done. Some things I do in the a.m. when I get up. Not instantly but as I putter making coffee. Some things I do in the evening. But most of all I try so much harder to be kinder to myself. Eventually the energy returns and things get done. We are our very worst critics in that we truly believe everything must be done now and now only, and when it is not done, we get down on ourselves. I am sorry I have been mia lately with my responses. You rock Trina whether you realize it or not, or feel it or not. You so do. Have a great Wednesday. I am sure that today is a much better day. 🙂

I am much better now at going if I dont do it, I will leave it till the next time, but it does annoy me
