10 sit ups 20 star jumps 5 minutes on the trampoline 20 minutes walking the dog 20 minutes walking to the shops and back stretches

Exercise day 4
I forgot about this last night. Bad me. So yesterday I cleaned my house, The only real exercise I did was walking to the shops, but lugging a hover and mop and bucket round has got to count . Right?
