On occasion I fall asleep on the sofa in the afternoons, I try not to let it happen but it depends on how much sleep I have had the night before.
However recently, when I have done, I am having the most vivid dreams and its really weird. I know I am asleep, I can still hear the TV or my music on, but yet I wake up very confused about what is real and what is not.
Example, this afternoon I fell asleep, I could hear the TV going, but then I heard by alarm go off and I looked at the clock and it was just coming up to 3pm. I walk into the kitchen and see another clock which says 4.50, monkey should be picked up at 3.10. I then go into fall panic mode, I look outside and its dark (not likely in the UK during the summer) I remember thinking its cold and go and pick up Monkey’s coat, I can actually feel it and wonder if I will need mine.
Then I wake up on the sofa in a complete panic that I am so late picking him up. For the record I wasn’t.
All of the dreams so far that I have had, think 4 or 5 all seemed to be designed to panicking me. I am actually starting to find it difficult to tell what is real and what is not, its so strange
That sounds terrifying. It might be your subconscious being too stressed regarding the move, etc. I hope it gets better soon.

I assume it is stress mixed with anxiety, because all of them have been my worse nightmares anxiety wise, such as a bailiff turning up at my front door. Picking monkey up that late. Not cooking monkey dinner was an interesting one, as I had to go double check that I had indeed done dinner
