Once again WordPress has decided that I am spam, I read on another person’s blog it might have something to do with commenting on 10 different blogs in one day. I usually do that on a Tuesday, but it lead me to think how often do you check your spam file?
I check it once a day, but at least once a week I get someone that is not spam appearing in it.
And just incase you are not sure how to check. If you go to WP Admin, it will open into the dashboard and it will say there how many messages you have in your spam. In the at a glance bit.
Its good to be crazy Sometimes 
Sometimes commenting the blogs with some links (mostly award links) falls into the spam folder. I have noticed it.

Someone else has mentioned that to me as well recently. And thinking of it you are probably right with regards to what I find in my spam folder, but it is happening to me no matter what I comment

This is happening A LOT to people lately. I guess, like you we all need to check the box daily. I did last week and found a bunch of missed comments. It made me feel bad that the comments were there and I dind’t know it.

It’s odd thought that one day your talking with someone and the next their comments go to spam

I know them some people have their comments limited so they have to approve everytime you comment, but I know some who are not like that and I have been ending up in their spam

I rarely check my spam folder but this has been happening a lot to me lately and I feel bad when other’s comments go to spam and it looks like I’m ignoring them! I’m trying to make a habit of checking more often

I log onto wordpress and check my Spam straight away. It does mean that someone may be sitting there for 24 hours, but I find that better than weeks

I am not sure how true it is, but certainly since I started commenting more and more then I am ending in spam more and more. Pain in the bum

Darling you are anything but spam!! WordPress needs to sort this out asap and until then, the spam folder will be checked every time I log on! I thought at first maybe it was my settings but no, settings would make your comments go into the queue to be approved, not the spam (err I think so anyway…… Please someone tell me if I misunderstood lol). Big love xxxx

I check spam any time I see there are comments in it. Most of the time, that’s what it is.

Thank you for the comment, like I said I normally find at least one a week. But certainly in the last few weeks, people are saying sorry but my comment was in spam

It happens! Sometimes, my regular commenters also go to spam and I’ve make it a habit to check my spam regularly. God knows how many of mine goes to spam too!

You know, there’s one other thing which I encounter quite regularly that my regular commenters who are already approved, sometimes needs to be approved again. I wonder why that is.

I have found that happening to me on blogs I know I have commented but that could be due to their settings, some blogs require your comment to be moderated everytime. I haven’t had it happen on my blog, normally when I approve they stay approve, or go into spam

That’s what I thought too, at least for me, when I approve once, they stay approve. Yet it keeps coming back with the need for approval. The spam is annoying. Today when I checked, they are all indeed spam. And I go “damn!” Hahahaa!

LOL. Crazy isn’t it. First we bitch about the comments being in spam. Then we get a little upset when those in spam are truly only spam. Hahaha! 😀
