I am Trina and I live in the UK, I suffer from various different mental health issues, but I always try and look on the bright side of things. I started this blog after going through the benefit system for disability after suffering from debiliting anxiety, this blog has been my outlet and I am thrilled to have met all the people I have done and made some lovely friendships

If I could be any animal today I would be cheetah, I am doing things at a fast pace and then resting. Before going again, ok I might not be reaching record breaking speeds but its close enough.
