Agreed. A friend and I were just discussing that very idea. I don’t mind talking on the phone, but even I’d rather text. 🙂

It was for a rental company, and I really loved it, then I went nuts and stopped using the phone. Its another profession I have had to rule out for now.

I did for the most part, but I didn’t like the whole having to follow a script to the letter and if you missed on thing out then you were given a warning. To me customers would all give a different response, so you couldn’t script everything
