After nearly 18 months I have managed to lose my 2 stone I put back on
Incase its not that clear I am just above nine and a half stone. This is what I consider my pre going bat shit crazy weight.
And for me is a big part of getting myself healthy both mentally and physically
Well done! Not an easy feat.

To be honest a lot of it, was actually giving up drinking, and also coming off medication. But mainly the drinking, then just watching what I was eating. I think its a lot harder to lose the weight when its medication. Good luck on it, I am cheering you on from the sideline 🙂

Absolutely, never an easy feat. I am on a cocktail but the latest one I have ballooned on. Like you say, its diet and I am now sticking to having yoghurt every time I have a craving. So a lot of yoghurt is being consumed right now. Sucker for carbs so need to cut down on the root veggies. I am not a big advocate of dieting, but defintely just eating relatively healthily and exercise. Although getting up early to do the doggie walk is a struggle. Sunday stroll times are much more forgiving 😀 Warmth and wishes for your evening ahead

I am forced to get up to do the dog walk and then a school run, if the school was a bit further away I might try and drive, but it takes less time with traffic to just walk it
