To try and give you an idea of what we were dealing with in terms of boxes, I managed to take a few photos of my lounge and kitchen before starting to unpack, I am sure that anyone who has ever moved has looked at the mountain of boxes and gone, how the fuck do I have so much shit.
As you can see the walls need redecorating
The kitchen is a wee bit small and we could do with some more space, but we just need to be clever.
Its amazing how much space we now have, now the boxes are finished. I got lucky enough that a few people picked up the boxes we had, so I didn’t have to do anything.
Looks very bright in there. Yeah, moving sucks big-time. But it’s great once you get set up and settled in. Hopefully no more moving for a while. 😃

It is actually, which is lovely, I still have to hang the pictures up, but we are dragging our feet on those, as we are not sure whether to put them up now or wait till we get some more furniture, like bookcases

This is the fun part. Nesting, making a place “yours”. Take your time. 😃

That is what I was thinking, apparently before I start hammering nails in I need a thingy that tells me where the wires are. My partner used the proper name, but all I heard was, dont hammer anything in cause you might die

Yeah, it would annoy me slightly, to have finally gotten settled and then die, I would be a tad miffed
