I was going over the figures for the rest of December, seeing if I can squeeze any more money out of anything else and checked my partner’s payslip, I had forgotten he gets a Christmas bonus, its not alot, but it wasn’t expected, so it means I can afford at least one more present for Monkey.
I hadn’t realised how much I was stressing about him not getting many presents and tbh I am a little ashamed, as monkey always yells when a certain advert comes on. Christmas is all about family, not sprouts.
Maybe I should learn a little something off him.
