Way back in November, it was my partners birthday. Monkey wanted to make him a burger cake, so that is what he did, my input was minimum, but here are the photos

Finished product, the marshmallows are the seeds on top of the bun and we may have gotten chocolate all over the place. It seemed to taste nice though.

And he made that cake on his own? 😱😱 It looks so well baked and delicious. I have been baking cakes for some time but I can’t make something like that 😭😭

I did the oven stuff and also some of the stirring because his arm got tired, but otherwise yep that is all him

That’s so cool… Don’t you whip with the utensils that come for it? There are mechanical ones and electrical ones too.

Because we rarely bake, I haven’t invested in anything other than a wooden spoon, if Monkey was more interested in baking then I would, but he just likes to make birthday cakes

We do, he is already planning my birthday cake (March) and he knows what he wants for his birthday (April) plus he wants to do cakes for the rest of the family like my sister, her kids, nana, granddad etc, the problem is we don’t usually see them over their birthdays and he isn’t quite there with doing a cake before or after the birthday, he wants to do it on the day. I am assuming its because he can then eat it
