hi sweetie. sometimes it is nice to NOT write for a bit. it can become so frustrating trying to put a post a day out there that makes some sense. I’ve been painting a room in my house and am tired…what have you been up to? Hope you are feeling better.

I have been sorting out lego, we got some more storage units which hopefully means less lego on the floor

Sometimes just a simple 4-5 sentence update on how you are doing can be enough. Go find some YouTube videos to post or perhaps a few other things you find on the web. Content is readily available if you look.

I’ve been doing Music Monday’s, posting youtube music videos. It gives me some content, while still taking a break from writing.

Hi there 🙂 I’m glad I’m remembering to check my gmail for blog notifications as I like your blogging. I don’t comment sometimes when i wanted to, because I’m just too muddling sometimes. I just realised a couple of days ago that my blog has a status post style and i should remember – not as if I didn’t know that before! Oh for days of playing or sorting through lego, But it’s nice having those memories – and still time to enjoy those things with my grandchildren. Reminds me I’ve only a year or so to make sure the smallish but big enough box of Duplo that’s lasted nearly 20 &30 years so far is clean and ready for my latest grandchild, but he’s still too tiny. Phew. No rush. Some people along the way say it’s selfish to keep such stuff while some other child could benefit from it. i’d say that’s a selfish thought that we should be denied having it to hand for whenever their might have been children around to occupy, even if that’s not often, or not at all for ages. And especially while I already knew I’d never afford to replace it and we donated plenty toys & clothes. I wonder if charities are still struggling with their excess donations stock control & warehousing too. Anyway, gotta get back to whatever I was doing, or intending to do. Nice to distract myself a little though. And I’m so very grateful that there are UK bloggers, although of course I love internationals’ blogging too 🙂 Hope you’re having a nice day and can all enjoy the easter hols. Erm, do i apologise for a little letter length comment. Oh well, i assume you might say so, or can delete it if you prefer not to have it on your post (I won’t be offended, honest, but dislike adding to your taskload too!) I am loving the length.
I have kept lots of things from when my son was little to hopefully use again, although at some point, we are going to try and sort through it and maybe sell somethings. I try and give some things to charity, but at the moment all our local ones are filled to the brim.

Yup. Well, if or when you’re selling if postal’s your plan then let me know where to find your ad – but obviously meeting local needs first is often sensible and I’m not in need compared to others if you know what I mean. I already bought a couple of things locally off another gran around my middle age generation, good price for her when she was in need, good price in my estimation even though I could have got similar cheaper depending how you look at it, but she’s a lovely neighbourhood acquaintance and she knocks on to make sure I’m ok and see if I need any help. That’s nice of her when my family are so far away. My neighbour’s are kind and offer to help too. I’m very independent-minded though and don’t accept help easy. Soz, running on again. Ad Mag’s good, guess you might know that already and local papers free advertising. But while you’ve space hanging on to personal assets is quite a wise tradition until there’s a good reason to clear stuff out. Anyway, have a nice afternoon, thanks for reply 🙂

No problem at all, thank you for commenting. I am not sure what we are doing yet with everything. My son sells his toys to buy more toys, mainly lego, so I don’t have to worry about that
