I have been so good at holding it together over the last few weeks, that it was only a matter of time before my mood dropped to a bad level. I think we can safely say that the drugs are not working.
They are meant to be a mood stabiliser, so unless they are designed to be depressive, they are not working, I am also getting very irritable at the moment.
All in all its not a good combination
Hang in there, and I know that is not what you want to hear. Just keep treading water.

Sorry its not working for you currently, how long have you been on them? They may take a while before stabilising:)

I have been on them for about 2 months, and they are being increased as I go on

Hope you can spend a few minutes to pamper yourself. I just ate a bunch of watermelon after packing it for our child’s snack day at school. My mouth is still happy about it. : )

I have tried but at the moment, every single thing is just causing me more anxiety and stress and then I don’t sleep, which makes me worse
